How do I place an order?
Use our contact form to find a local rep or distributor. We also accept orders via e-mail at orders@permapure.com or by fax at 732-244-8140. If you do not have a purchase order, please first complete our contact form for submission. Please note our Terms and Conditions.
How long are your lead times?
- ME, MD and PDs – Most of our standard dryers have a lead time of 2 weeks or sooner.
- FCs – Our FC series have a 4 week lead time.
- Baldwin Coolers and Nafion™ tubing -based Gas Sample Conditioning systems have a lead time of 6 weeks.
- Contact us for lead times on custom and large quantity orders.
What is your product warranty?
Our products are warrantied for one year after date of original shipment from our factory. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for further information.
What is your return policy?
All returns require a return authorization number (RA#). Please contact our Quality Control department for an RA# at permapureQC @ permapure.com or fill our RA form online.
What credit cards do you take?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Can I purchase just the element rather than replace the entire dryer?
Yes, but you cannot do this for our humidifiers (FC or MH)
