LAKEWOOD, N.J., May 7, 2018 – Perma Pure LLC, a global leader of gas conditioning solutions for medical, scientific, and environmental monitoring applications, today announced that Laura Geenen has joined Perma Pure as Business Development Director OEM/Scientific Products & Distributors. Geenen has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the scientific products market, working with industrial, environmental, pharmaceutical and life sciences customers. In her new role at Perma Pure, Geenen will focus on maximizing opportunities for Perma Pure’s OEM and Scientific product offering in the global market.
Geenen began her career as a research technician in the Burn and Shock Trauma Institute at Loyola University Medical Center. Working steps away from the one of the largest burn care centers in the Midwest, she saw firsthand how small advances in research and development can have a large impact on a person’s quality of life. In her work with customers and colleagues, she is guided by the principle that there is always a person at the end of the process.
Gene Bohensky, who previously served as Director OEM/Scientific Sales, is transitioning to the newly created position of Director Application & Partner Learning. In this role, Bohensky will help guide the sharing of our knowledge regarding the extraordinary properties of Nafion™ polymer in the extensive array of applications across medical, scientific and environmental markets. For the past five years, he has led various aspects of Perma Pure’s customer facing activities and brings to this new role a wealth of experience regarding both applications for and performance characteristics of our products. This expertise combined with the new technology platforms we intend to utilize to share knowledge with our customers and partners across the world will help to support Perma Pure products as the best in class choice for gas conditioning systems.
